		<description>its funny you say that.  i&#039;ve been quite intrigued by the mixed reactions ive received as i&#039;ve introduced collab tools to a variety of teams.   the best teams embrace them immediately and realise the benefits, but some old school managers have really struggled with them - its quite a culture shock to those who have previously managed to keep transparency at bay!</description>
