Despite sounding like a rubbish martial arts film title – this refers to our first sandwich idea of the week from Moni, our antipodean account exec who just loves bringing all things Oz to us!

To make an Australian Toasty Toasty you need two slices of thick, soft, white bread. Spread both sides with butter or marge and then spread one side with Vegemite. Then add some cheese slices – Moni recommends Coon cheese, which is apparently the big brand down under. And don’t be shy, the more cheese the better! Then add some Virginia ham on top, thinly sliced so you can fit loads in. Then pop it in a triangular toasty machine until the sandwich is golden brown all over. The filling should be oozing out just as you start eating…. mmm….
