British Sandwich Week - Peanut Butter special feature

It seems at Huddle HQ we have some peanut butter freaks (and I mean freaks…) Here are two of the strangest sandwich suggestions I’ve gathered so far:
Ed’s (Senior Developer) favourite sandwich is made from granary bread spread with butter. Then he adds crunchy peanut butter and loads of cucumber slices on top. He tells me his wife doesn’t approve…
Louise (Office Manager) likes nothing more than putting crunchy peanut butter, salad cream and large cheddar crackers between two slices of white bread. So the story goes her mum craved this mixture during pregancy and Louise has loved it all her life! Crazy…
