Huddle Blog
Discussion boards launched!
Tuesday, July 08, 2008
We’re pleased to announce that Discussion boards have now been launched in Huddle – these provide you a chance to start forum-style discussions with your teams with a wide range of uses from collaborative conversations, notices, announcements, link sharing or problem solving. You will see the new Discussions tab appear at the top of the page next to Tasks so go and have a look!
Huddle’s Whiteboards will of course continue to be available as well – these are great for brain-storming, ad-hoc notes & collaborative work with your teams as each Whiteboard is designed to be freely edited by everyone you work with.
Discussions can be started by anyone by default but Workspace Managers can restrict this to themselves only if they wish from the settings area – as always your team members can be notified via email of new discussions and posts as they happen.
We hope this new application is useful to all our users – over the coming months we will be adding new features to make Discussions even better, but we’d love to hear any feedback or questions you have in the meantime.

Urgent message
to all “ Swisscash.net ” investorsin India.
———————————————————————————————————
Dear Sir / Madam,
I. You are aware that several Swisscash.net investors in India especially in Tamil Nadu have requested to take action against Swisscash.net for their failure in returning the assured monthly returns. Based on that I have already addressed Security Commission, MALAYASIA to inform the stages of Swisscash.net cases and other details. The Security Commission has pleased to informed the following messages in their letter No. SC/ED/IP 6-2007 dated 16-07-2008.1. Any monies transferred will be held by an independent stakeholder pending the decision of the Court on Securities Commission’s civil action to be restored to aggrieved investors.
2. At preset, the civil action is at preliminary stage and they are unable to give a time frame of its conclusion. The case against Swisscash is posted for next hearing on 28-08-2008.
3. They suggest that if we need to file a separate legal action or be parties to Security Commission’s civil action for which we have to seek independent legal advice.
II. It is seen from the above information’s, that the breezed monies from Swisscash will be distributed to Investors only after disposal of the case. The question is who is the Investors – whether all over the World or only from Malaysia. As the monies pertains not only Malaya’s investors but also include all other Countries like India etc. III. Therefore, I feel it is necessary to get a legal opinion on this issue either to file separate case against Swisscash.net or join with a party with Security Commission’s civil case so as to enable by the Indian Investors to get back the invested monies either from Swisscash or from the Security Commission after disposal of the case at Malaya. IV. It is also aware that the top leaders who were got more monies than the invested amount were absconded / silent in this issue. V. So, the interested / affected investors may contact any lawyer / advocate and get the legal opinion with a draft appeal petition and sent it to me for further action otherwise send your opinion by e-mail directly to scinvestor.actions@gmail.com under a copy to me (shanmugam628@yahoo.co.in or shanmugam628@gmail.com or shanmugam628@hotmail.com within a month. Thanking you, Yours Faithfully, C. SHANMUGAM Tamil Nadu – INDIA Dated 28-07-2008.28 July, 2008
