Know collab apps? The job is yours.

You know web based collaboration apps have reached a level of acceptance and maturity when even traditionally minded companies list them in their project requirements.
It usually turns up between more expected bits and read along the lines of “experience in managing and administrating projects through online collaborative applications is expected”.
It doesn’t (luckily) stop there. A friend recently applied for a job where “documented experience” of a minimum of 2 years worth of using collaborative apps on the web was a requirement.
The tremendous upside here is that more and more companies are making the move to a better way of working and they are eager to get people on board that share this point of view and crucially bring skills and experience with them that the business probably doesn’t have enough of.
And if you don’t have experience in online collaboration? Open a new tab in your browser, sign up for a free account in a collab application and start learning today. You will just have improved your value as an employee or freelancer.
