New: Huddle meetings automatically added to your favourite calendar app
Posted on 27. May, 2009 by Andy in Announcements, New Features
We’re constantly making small fixes and changes to Huddle (we release new stuff every two weeks!) so you may notice new features appearing without any fanfare from us. One thing I wanted to flag with you, though, (as it’s pretty cool) is an addition to Huddle’s Meetings functionality.

Now, every meeting request generated for you by Huddle will automatically put an item into the user’s calendar. It works with all popular calendar applications including Outlook, Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar and Apple iCal. If meetings are updated or cancelled we’ll update the entry for you too. It’s even completely integrated with Huddle’s telephone conferencing and (forthcoming) web conferencing. Magic!
Don’t forget that you can help us define Huddle’s roadmap by adding your voice to our user feedback forum. We read every suggestion and you’ll notice that many items are either complete or in progress

I like the idea that Meetings go to my Calendar, but if that calendar is a Google Calendar how does that occur?
thanks

Hi Alan, the calendar information is sent through the invite email, so once you receive the email in google mail and click on accept it will save the meeting information to your google calendar.

Hi,
What about the bi-directional sync between GCal and Huddle you blogged about recently? And also – the RTM link?
Just started with Huddle, but liking the feel so far…
