Sandwich of the Week - Honey Glazed Ham

Seeing as I’m at Internet World this week it’s been difficult to find time (and ingredients) to make one of my own delicious sandwich recipes – so I’ve had to sample the best Earls Court has to offer instead.
This has proven far from easy… long queues and overpriced packet sandwiches are the order of the day here. Luckily I discovered a Carvery serving fresh Honey Glazed Ham in a roll with salad and cranberry sauce. It was worth the 20 minute wait and I’ll be back again tomorrow for sure!
p.s. apologies for the lack of photo, but taking a picture of one’s own sandwich in front of hundreds of people is likely to be considered decidedly odd.
